Brass nuts for the rest of us! By eliminating the costly and strength-wasting brazing process commonly used in brass nuts, we are able to bring you this versatile and affordable set of brass nuts. The smaller sizes have the comfortably familiar 2.3:1 width to thickness ratio that allows good, stable placements in tiny cracks. As the size increases, the ratio decreases to 1.2:1, allowing sideways placements in small holes and pin scars that other nuts are too tall for. Sizes 5-8 have a deep groove machined into their wide face to increase their stability in tenuous placements. The swaged cable lets you slide the nut down so you can use it to tie off a stud that some lowlife stole the hanger off of.
