APO orders are welcome! Orders to APO addresses over a few pounds will be charged actual shipping cost. (For example, a 10.5 x 50M rope weighs around 10 pounds and will cost $30.00 to ship.) We will give you an exact shipping quote and the option of cancelling your order before we charge your card. We value your service to the United States and will make every effort to hold down your shipping expenses. International orders are accepted at our disgression. We will ship via US Postal service and actual shipping costs will apply. When your order is approved for processing we will email you the shipping cost for your approval before charging your card. Inside the US we ship via UPS or USPS depending on cost and shipping time. If you prefer one of these methods please note that in the comments box on your order otherwise we will ship via the method that we determine will be to your greatest advantage. Additional charges may apply. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours (weekends and holidays excluded). Please contact us if you need your gear delivered by a specific date. Our normal Flat Rate shipping is only $4.95 per order to the Lower 48 States. It doesn't matter if the order is one carabiner or any combination of items totaling less than $50 - the price is $4.95!

Please use this map to estimate the shipping time for your order. The map indicates the average ship time for UPS Ground and is not guaranteed! The ship time starts the day after UPS picks up your order at our store. For example, if UPS picks up your package on a Monday, the shipping time does not start until Tuesday.
