PAYMENT METHODS
You may pay for your purchase with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We now also accept PayPal payments and have always offered our customers the option to pay by Check or Money Order. All of these payment options will be offered on the final chekout screen and all are handled on our secure server.

COD payments can be arranged but will carry an extra charge.

RETURNS
Shoes and harnesses may be exchanged for sizing reasons as long as they are unused and in perfect condition. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

In order to protect all of our customers, we do not accept ropes, carabiners, and other technical gear for refund or exchange. We hope that you understand.

Before returning any item to us, please call 1(888)580-5510 for a return authorization.

PRIVACY
We will NOT sell, rent or give your email or mailing addresses or telephone number to anyone. Any information we receive from you or about you is held in confidence and used ONLY for internal order processing at our facility.

SECURITY
Use your Visa or Mastercard with confidence when you use our secure shopping cart order form. Our secure server provides state of the art SSL encrytion technology to assure you of a safe, reliable transaction. We have NEVER encountered a credit card fraud claim on our secure site. If you attempt to use a stolen credit card on our site we will prosecute you.

SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING ON ANY ORDER OVER $50! within the lower 48 states. APO boxes and international shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

APO orders are welcome! Orders to APO addresses over a few pounds will be charged actual shipping cost. (For example, a 10.5 x 50M rope weighs around 10 pounds and will cost $30.00 to ship.) We will give you an exact shipping quote and the option of cancelling your order before we charge your card. We value your service to the United States and will make every effort to hold down your shipping expenses.

International orders are accepted at our disgression. We will ship via US Postal service and actual shipping costs will apply. When your order is approved for processing we will email you the shipping cost for your approval before charging your card.

Inside the US we ship via UPS or USPS depending on cost and shipping time. If you prefer one of these methods please note that in the comments box on your order otherwise we will ship via the method that we determine will be to your greatest advantage. Additional charges may apply.

Our normal Flat Rate shipping is only $4.95 per order to the Lower 48 States. It doesn't matter if the order is one carabiner or any combination of items totaling less than $50 - the price is $4.95!
