The Details:

Redesigned for 07 to offer more holds, more options and more comfort. This is our basic hold for system training with all the necessary features and grips. Set them up on a standard 4 x 8 sheet for plywood in a mirrored grid pattern to isolate your training needs. We shaped these holds out of very mellow textured foam so your muscles give out first, not your skin. The System Handholds holds have a center bolt to rotate them to specific angles and they have a selection of different grips.
