To protect our customers, we do not accept any safety equipment for return or exchange except for warranty issues. This includes ropes, slings, carabiners and other technical or safety gear.
Some items may be exchanged for better sizing. This includes shoes, harnesses, and clothing.
Any exchange must be authorized by Gear Express Customer Service before you send the item back to us and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Unless the exchange is due to an error by the Gear Express Team, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exhange. Any item considered for exchange or return for instore credit must be unused and in perfect condition in original packaging. At our disgression we may allow items to be exchanged for a like item or issue a store credit.
In order to avoid any unnecessary re-packaging fees, reuse the original shipping box or use a new shipping box. Do not use the product box to return items.
