To protect our customers, we do not accept ropes, carabiners and other technical or safety gear for refund or exchange. Contact us with any questions or concerns.

All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA#) and must be returned within 30-days of purchase. Call (888)580-5510, Monday-Friday for a RA#. Include the RA# on the outside of the box as well as on the paper inside.    

Returns must be unused and in perfect condition in original packaging.  

In order to avoid any unnecessary re-packaging fees, reuse the original shipping box or use a new shipping box. Do not use the product box to return items.
